Our cottages can be reserved by the week. We do not permit nightly bookings.

Directions
The Cottages are located at the North end of Papineau Lake in Maple Leaf, Hastings Highlands, Ontario. We will share the exact address after a booking has been made.

Rules

a. Damage deposit of $500 is required with submission of a rental application. If the application is not accepted, the Deposit will be refunded within 7 days.
b. The balance of rental charges are due 2 weeks before the beginning of the rental period.
c. All amounts are to be paid via e-transfer.
2. Damage Deposit:
a. The deposit will be returned within 14 days after the last day of the rental period via e-transfer.
b. Any damage to the buildings, equipment or property, or costs of additional cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit.
3. Occupancy:
a. The maximum number of persons permitted to stay overnight is 6.
b. Camping, tenting, trailers, or other additional accommodation facilities are not permitted on the Cottage property.
4. Check-in/Check-out:
a. Check-in time will be 3:00 p.m. on the first day of the rental period.
b. Check-out time will be 11:00 a.m. on the last day of the rental period.
5. Cleaning:
a. The Applicant agrees to keep the Cottage and contents in the same state of repair as at the commencement of the rental period.
b. The Applicant must clean the Cottage before they leave and remove all recycling and garbage when they leave.
5. Pets/Smoking:
a. An absolute no to both.
